 We work closely with children/students/Individuals to identify their unlimited latent talent and potential which needs to be unleashed to achieve the highest goals in life and further help them to adopt the best way to enhance their natural strength to outperform in every stage of life.  

Our model helps children from the age of 3 years to students of 25 years, an individual with Early career to Mid Career stages.  Our prime role is kid’s overall development, career planning & personal coaching. We create programs based on global development and training platforms that provide unique transformational learning, which works towards transforming the participants mental and emotional blueprint.

We work towards enabling you to apply what you have learned as a new self - naturally. This is very similar to when you learn how to walk after crawling for a few months; you suddenly find a balance and then onwards keep walking for the rest of your life – effortlessly. In Brainlurns methodology, you learn by your discovery (during the program) —a moment occurs when a new ability is yours. This new ability becomes a part of you and that becomes a new way of life forever.

This is not the end of our relationship with people, we continue it with Lifetime Coaching to individuals and keep interacting at different stages of life.

Sunil is an Automobile Professional with over 25 years of experience in the corporate world with various Indian and MNC organizations. He started on the path of career coaching and supporting students & people on real-life issues including career dilemmas. He brought his rich knowledge on customer service, technical training, soft skill training, business development and people development.

He is an ICF-CCE certified trainer & coach. He has been awarded as a certified Career Mentor & NLP Practitioner (Neuro-Linguistic Programming).  

During his career based on his experience, he understands the nuances of personal and professional lives and the interconnections. You always have infinite possibilities ahead of you and it helps to get a professional expert who can support you get clarity, define goals and set you on the success path.

After having a successful corporate career for more than 25 years, he felt something is missing in his life & when he looked around, Lakhs of people are struggling to survive in their professional life, just because there is no tool available to learn from others success or failure. He decided to contribute towards doing something that will make a difference to thousands of lives positively.
